Go to blingee.com, open an account it's free and then go to blingees, then upload a picture and it will show you all the stuff to add to it, the first one is always hard just mess around with it and you'll learn how to make blingees, try every single options there is to apply the images to your pic it will make it alot easier!

to get picture on your myspace page, first you have to get the picture you want, then save it to your picture, then go to tinypic.com and click browse, find your picture you want, then upload it, it will give you a code, you then have to copy and past that code in the about me section of your myspace. -- i dont really know if thats what your asking to do but yeaa.
