How do i hide last login on myspace? i have tried two codes and neither work.?

i have used the code where you put it in your city under basic info and one where you put it in the headline. but it says to push the red edit button. I do not have a red edit button in my basic info..nor do i have a safe mode next to my edit profile..both codes say i need to do those to finish it..i dont know if i am doing something wrong or the codes simply do not work.
