I have a default layout on my profile and I wanted the white table in the middle that holds all the info to have its own background along with the default one behind it. dose anyone know and HTML codes to do that?

try this:

where it says "background-color" look up "hex html codes" and you should get a list of different colors or you can just leave it like that and leave it transparent
